There are nearly 100 EuroPark experts all over Finland, from Helsinki to Rovaniemi. We employ top experts from various fields who combine their strengths and expertise for the benefit of our customers.

Engaged staff are our strength
People enjoy working for and committing to EuroPark. At EuroPark, we value and help each other and encourage each other forward. This is reflected in long careers and encounters in everyday life.
We work together with ambition and quality. We want to be the most honest, responsible and reliable player in our industry. This is what we commit to every day. We have built our environmental management system according to ISO 14001 and we improve our quality and customer experience with the ISO 9001 quality management system. As proof of our continuous improvement, our system was certified in 2024, and we are audited annually by an external auditor.
We invest in the employee experience over the long term, and the results speak for themselves. Of course, we are not perfect, but here are some examples of the results of our efforts:
- In the staff survey, we received an average score of 4.2 (on a scale of 1 to 5) for community spirit — everyone is allowed to be who they are and to belong. We organise joint staff parties, actively communicate via internal platforms and strive to maintain a culture of caring.
- We have achieved significant improvement in the clarity of roles and responsibilities, and we will continue to monitor progress through tangible indicators. We organise performance reviews with everyone and make sure that EuroPark employees have access to support from colleagues or supervisors.
- Competence is the foundation of everything. EuroPark employees feel that they have sufficient skills to do their job (4.62). We are committed to continuous improvement; in 2025, for example, we introduced a virtual learning platform, and several of our colleagues have completed an apprenticeship in the last two years.
- We are proud to have gender equality (4.42), and equality between people of different ages (4.27) is perceived to be at a good level. Although the gender breakdown of our staff is currently around 30% women and 70% men, almost 40% of our managerial staff are women.
