Service fee
Paying for parking with Autopay is effortless and smooth. The Autopay system's automatic payment ensures that your parking fees are handled for you without any separate actions. This allows you to drive in and out of the parking area worry-free, without having to queue at a pay station or open any apps. To ensure the reliability and user-friendliness of the system, a service fee will henceforth be charged for each paid parking event processed via automatic payment.
Seamless Parking with Automatic Payment
When using automatic payment, Autopay charges a service fee for each paid parking event at selected locations. The fee covers system maintenance, secure payment transactions, and continuous service improvements. The service fee is intended to ensure uninterrupted system operation, a smooth payment experience, and easy digital parking management. The fee is not charged for free parking events.
The amount of the service fee is €0.39 per parking event.
The service fee applies at the following locations:
P-Eliel, P-CityForum, P-Kamppi, P-Kluuvi, P-Presidentti, and P-Simonkenttä.
