Pay stations can be found on levels P1 and P2, two on each, and levels P3 and P4, one on each.
Contract parking
Our customer service helps with contract parking matters on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pedestrian routes
You can get to the parking garage through the shopping centre.
You can get to the parking garage using the lift on the Pasilankatu side when the shopping centre is closed as well.

Pick-up points
The grocery stores’ pick-up points are located on level P1
Eco take-back point
The eco take-back point, intended for customers of Tripla, is located on level P3. At the eco take-back point, you can recycle glass, metal, paper, cardboard and plastic packaging.
Disabled parking spaces
The disabled parking spaces are located on level P1. A disabled parking permit does not entitle you to free parking in the garage.
Electric vehicle charging stations
Nearly 300 parking spaces with a charging point are reserved for electric cars. You can find the charging points on levels P2–P4. The power of the public charging stations is 22 kW. The eParking app is used for charging. The instructions for using the app can be found on the charging poles. Charging is subject to a fee, and parking is charged in accordance with the valid tariffs.
