Pay stations
- The pay stations are located by the pedestrian routes of the parking garage.
- The pay station does not accept cash or Amex.
- After payment, you have 15 minutes to exit the car park.
Parking in a disabled parking space
A disabled parking permit does not automatically entitle you to free parking.
- Currently, you can get long-term free disabled parking by presenting your disabled parking permit at the customer service desk at Sokos Joensuu.
- The permit must be obtained before parking.
Contract parking
Our customer service helps with contract parking matters on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pedestrian routes
- P1, Siltakatu (lift). Please note! Pedestrian route P1 is not in use due to construction work in the building until spring 2023.
- P2, Torikatu (lift)
- P3, Koskikatu (lift)
- P4, Kauppakatu (no lift). Please note! The door is open every day 7 a.m.–8 p.m. Pedestrian routes P2 and P3 are available during the night.
