Pay stations can be found:

- In the vestibules of Sokos, which are open during the department store’s opening hours.
- In the elevator lobby of Sokos Hotel Vaakuna, which is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. The hotel is generally open 24/7 (except during Christmas, New Year, and Midsummer). When hotel is open, access to the elevator lobby is possible via the doorbell when the door is closed.
- The pay station does not accept cash or Amex.
- After payment, you have 15 minutes to exit the car park.
Parking in a disabled parking space
A disabled parking permit does not automatically entitle you to free parking.
- Currently, you can get long-term free disabled parking by presenting your disabled parking permit at the customer service desk at Sokos Joensuu.
Contract parking
Our customer service helps with contract parking matters on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The minimum contract period is two (2) months.

Pedestrian routes
- The parking house has direct pedestrian routes to the Sokos department store and Sokos Hotel Vaakuna from floors P2 and P3
- There is a pedestrian route to the Sokos department store from level P4 and to Sokos Hotel Vaakuna from floor P3

Electric cars
There are electric car charging stations on floor P2. They are located on the left, close to the entrance. The charging stations are subject to a charge.
