Contract parking
Our customer service helps with contract parking matters on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you want to contact us about shareholders’ parking rights, please fill in the “Rent a parking space at this location” form. In the additional information on the form, please write “Osakepaikan omistaja” (“Owner of a shareholder’s parking space”).

Pedestrian routes
Two pedestrian routes out:
- On the side of the Luoteisrinne street, lift: door opens with either a door reader or a QR code located on the pedestrian route door.
- On the side of the Finnoonsilta street, no lift: door opens only with a QR code located on the pedestrian route door.

Electric vehicle charging stations
The charging stations are operated by eParking. Vehicles can be charged remotely. The fee is made up of the electricity used.

Lift
The pedestrian route on the side of Luoteisrinne street has a lift.
Disabled parking
There are several disabled parking spaces. A disabled parking permit does not entitle you to free parking.
