How to park in a EuroPark Autopay parking location

In EuroPark Autopay locations, parking is seamless and customer-friendly because there are no parking tickets or barriers. The vehicle registration number identification system starts and ends your parking time when you enter and exit the parking area. Paying for parking and entrance to our locations also happens through vehicle registration number identification.

Payment methods

In our Autopay locations, you can choose your preferred payment method from five different options. You can pay for parking automatically, on site or afterwards. Visa and Mastercard payment cards (debit/credit/electron) are accepted as payment instruments at pay stations, for payment within 48 hours and upon registration. Our Autopay locations no longer accept cash or Amex.

1. Pay with Autopay – Park & Charge app or at www.autopay.io

a. Automatic payment

Sign up for Autopay to activate automatic payment at the Autopay – Park & Charge app, www.autopay.io/signup or at a pay station. Automatic payment works at all EuroPark Autopay car parks. In future, you do not have to worry about paying for parking at the car park.

b. Pay within 48 hours of exit

You can pay for parking with a payment card within 48 hours of exiting our Autopay car park without any extra cost with the Autopay app or at www.autopay.io. Enter the registration number without a hyphen, e.g. ABC123.

You can download the Autopay – Park & Charge app on App Store or at Google Play.

Please note that in order to use the payment card, you must have enabled online payment for that card.

2. Pay at a pay station

You can pay the parking fee at a pay station before leaving the car park. Enter your vehicle registration number without a hyphen e.g. ABC123 at the pay station and follow the on-screen instructions. After payment, you have 15 minutes to exit the car park.

3. Mobile payment

In our Autopay locations, you can also pay using mobile payment with the EasyPark or ParkMan smartphone app. Start the mobile payment once you have parked your vehicle. You will need your vehicle’s registration number to start parking. When you exit the car park, the app will automatically stop charging you for parking.

Please make sure you select the correct parking location in the app. You can check the EasyPark area code at a pay station or on our website.

Please note that EasyPark and ParkMan may charge their own service fee, meaning that the tariff charged may be different from the prices given by EuroPark. Please check your contract with EasyPark and ParkMan. Learn more: www.easypark.fi or www.parkman.fi.

4. Invoice

If you do not use the other payment options, we will send you an invoice. In that case, a surcharge of EUR 5 will be added to the parking fee, so we recommend that you use one of the other options.

We will verify the vehicle's owner/holder data from the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom. The invoice option is only available for vehicles whose owner and/or holder information is available in Traficom’s database.

Unpaid parking fees for vehicles whose owner and/or holder information is not available in Traficom’s database will be passed on to debt collection. We will add an administrative fee of EUR 5 to the unpaid parking fee.

Door readers

For safety reasons, the pedestrian doors are locked 24/7 or open only during the day. If a door is closed, you can enter the car park using the door reader. There are always instructions placed next to the door reader to explain how the door reader works. As a rule, you will need your vehicle’s registration number to open the door.
