Where should I drive my car?
- P0: short-term parking. Note! P0 is a separate parking garage with no access to levels P1–P4.

Pay stations
The pay stations are located as follows:
- Level P0, AINOA pedestrian route
- Level P1, pedestrian route D (Tapionaukio)
- Level P1, pedestrian route E (AINOA/Länsituuli)
- Level P1, pedestrian route A (AINOA); a pay station is coming to level P2 in February 2026
- Level P1, Sammonsilta and Merituulentori pedestrian route
- Level P2, Kulttuuriaukio pedestrian route
- Street level, Länsituulenaukio/Heikintori pedestrian route
Parking in a disabled parking space
A disabled parking permit does not automatically entitle you to free parking. At Tapiola Park, the first hour is free of charge on levels P0, P1 and P2. With a disabled parking permit, the free parking time can be extended by two hours. When parking in a disabled parking space at Tapiola Park, follow these steps:
- As soon as parking begins, go to the AINOA shopping centre information desk on the 1st floor (corner of Kaisan Café), show the disabled parking permit to the staff and provide your vehicle registration number.
- This way, you can get a total of 3 hours of free parking (starting from the time you enter the car park) once a day per vehicle.
- If your parking exceeds 3 hours, you will be charged for the excess time according to the normal tariffs.
- The benefit cannot be obtained retrospectively.
Park and Ride

Our customer service helps with contract parking matters on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Note! Upon change of operator, the tariffs for monthly contracts will remain unchanged. We are aware of the existing tariffs. There is no need to contact customer service separately.
*Night parking from 4 p.m. to 9 a.m. on weekdays and 24/7 on weekends.
The minimum contract period is two (2) months.
The notice period is one (1) calendar month.

- AINOA Shopping Centre: direct pedestrian route to food shops from level P0 and to other floors of the shopping centre from levels P1–P2 using the pedestrian routes A, C, D and E. See opening hours »
- Länsituuli Shopping Centre: from levels P1–P2 using pedestrian route E
- Kulttuuriaukio 24/7: pedestrian route only from level P2
- Länsituulenkuja 24/7: from levels P1–P2 and the Park and Ride levels P3–P4
- Länsituulenaukio, Heikintori 24/7: from levels P1–P2
- Sammonsilta 24/7: from levels P1–P2 and the Park and Ride levels P3–P4, pedestrian route to the metro from level P3
- Tapionaukio 24/7: from levels P1–P2 using pedestrian route D, pedestrian route to level P0 via floor M of the shopping centre during opening hours
- Tapionraitti/Original Sokos Hotel Tapiola Garden 24/7: pedestrian route from level P0
The door code to the car park is the registration number of your vehicle without the hyphen.

Services
Electric cars
There are 10 Autopay Park & Charge charging stations on level P1 and 10 on level P2. Level P0 has 2 charging stations. The charging stations are equipped with Type 2 charging cables. Charging speed is max. 11 kW/h.
The charging stations are subject to a fee. The Tapiola Park charging stations apply a day tariff (8 a.m.–8 p.m.) and a night tariff (8 p.m.–8 a.m.). The tariff can be checked in the Park & Charge app before charging begins.
