Parking in a disabled parking space
Parking in the garage is subject to a fee. In front of IsoKristiina on Kaivokatu, there are two free-of-charge disabled parking spaces that are not operated by EuroPark.
Holders of a disabled parking permit can contact the shopping centre to apply for a free parking permit for the parking garage. The permit must be requested in advance at https://www.isokristiina.fi/en/feedback by selecting Other as the feedback type and entering your name and phone number. The shopping centre will contact the applicant within 1–3 working days.
Contract parking
Our customer service helps with contract parking matters on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Pedestrian routes
- Several pedestrian routes from the parking garage to the shopping centre
- 24/7 pedestrian access to the garage from the door next to the Brahenkatu 5 entrance.Use the QR code to open the door. Please take note of your vehicle registration number!
- Access Terveystalo from the garage near the Brahenkatu entrance.
