EuroPark Finland was granted the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate and the ISO 14001:2015 environmental certificate in April 2024.
At EuroPark, we aim to invest in quality and are ambitious about serving our customers in the best possible way. We see that the quality system helps us identify areas for improvement and guides us to continuously improve. The quality system and processes harmonise what we do and make it more goal-oriented.
During the process, we have identified the environmental impacts of our operations and created methods and ways to reduce these and our own emissions. Our industry can be involved in providing environmentally sustainable solutions and we can make an impact on the environment, for example by promoting the expansion of charging infrastructure in Finland and by choosing energy-saving solutions at our locations.
We want to ensure that customer satisfaction develops positively and that our services are first-class. “I believe that the management systems that we have now built, and that are tightly integrated into everyday life, will add value to what we do and to continuous improvement. In the certification process, we receive the evaluation of an external assessor to further develop our operations. For these reasons, for example, we decided to certify our quality and environmental systems,” says Christer Hede, Managing Director of EuroPark Finland.
As part of the process, we set clear and measurable quality and environmental targets, which we monitor. It has been important for us that every EuroPark employee knows what the impact of the quality and environmental systems is on all of our work. Together, we ensure that we have satisfied customers, environmentally conscious partners, reliable systems and functional locations. And at the same time, we as a team are a competent, environmentally conscious and responsible working community.
We believe that the goals we have set now will be achieved by investing in management, employee satisfaction and competence.
