- Level P3: car wash, car rental, car storage. The maximum vehicle height on this floor is up to 2.9 m, with parking near stairway C (Ooppera pedestrian route).

Pay stations
All pedestrian routes have a pay station at street level. You will need the registration number of your vehicle and a payment card to pay.

* Daytime parking is valid every day from 6.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
** Night parking is valid from 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 a.m. on weekdays and 24/7 on Saturdays and Sundays. Daytime parking on weekdays must be paid for separately. Night parking is permitted on all levels.
*** Vehicle storage only in the fenced area on level P3.
The minimum contract period is two (2) months.
The notice period is one (1) calendar month.
Pedestrian routes
- Töölönkatu 23: Door opening by QR code or by entering your registration number into the door opening system. Accessible pedestrian route.
- Ooppera: Access to the pedestrian route between the Scandic Park and Crowne Plaza hotels. Door opening by QR code or by entering your registration number into the door opening system. Accessible pedestrian route.
- Mannerheimintie: Access to the pedestrian route from the Dunckerinkatu end of the Scandic Park hotel. Door opening only by QR code. Note: The pedestrian route is only accessible to level P2.
