We offer our customers safe and easy parking in our garages located at top spots of the city. Satisfied customers are our target number one and this is why you are welcome in the garages with state of the art parking equipment, tidy, fresh and light surroundings and service oriented staff.

Contract parking

Upon agreement, customers are offered unlimited access for parking with a card in one garage against being charged a monthly fee. EuroPark now also offers - as the first operator in Finland - contract parking customers the practical option to park not only in the own garage but in any of our garages with the same card against a monthly invoicing according to actual use at prevailing short term tariffs. Short term parking

Parking fees are payable with cash at pay on foot stations, to service counters or with a variety of credit cards plus also prepaid cards with a discount. The preferred method by our short term parking customers is simply to insert a credit card in the entry station for access, and after parking doing the same in the exit station with a receipt option. This way, one goes directly from entry to exit with the same card, without having to visit the manual or automatic pay stations. In average, this time saving and simple procedure is being used by 80 % of our short term parking customers.

Not just parking

Our staff at the customer service will gladly assist you with any questions you may have. Our staff is available at the service counter in the  garage and they may also be contacted via intercom from all pay stations and peripheral units in the entry and exit zones.

In some of our garages we have installed car maintenance units where you can have your car cleaned while  parking in the garage. Time saving measure - and always nice with a clean car!

Parking spaces for families with children ans spaces for disabled people are extra wide and located next to elevators.

On rainy days, umbrellas may be borrowed by contacting our service staff who also keeps first aid equipment at hand.
