Parking made easy!
EuroPark's organization in Finland is supported by 30 years of experience in providing convenient and easy parking for our public customers. We are currently operating - in addition to many smaller installations - 10 underground garages downtown Helsinki and Turku with a total turnover in 2008 of approx. 10 M €.
We offer our services to landlords, who need help to increase efficiency in current projects or for designing new ones. Our goal is to adapt our skills to fit the customers' needs and requirements.
This is how we work
Our primary focus is on operating parking facilities and on developing customer-friendly parking services. Our business model includes also other services, for example car wash, "express parking", VIP-parking and sorting of luggage trolleys.
Our customers
We have two main customer groups – partners and parking customers.
- Partners include airports, hospitals, public institutions, hotels, malls, companies, land owners and so on
- For our parking customers, we offer short-term parking, contract parking, value cards and all kinds of other parking services
Our history
Our owner Indigo Invest AS of Norway, founded in 1971, established as doughter companies the car parking oprerating entities EuroPark in Norway in 1979, Sweden 1992 and Denmark 1996. The shares of the three companies were sold off in 1999.
Indigo Invest's car parking entities as of today:
EuroPark Finland 1999/100%, EuroPark Estonia 2001/50%, EuroPark Latvia 2001/50%, EuroPark Lithuania 2001/50% and EuroPark Poland 2008/100%.
The Baltic entities are owned jointly with Linstow ASA of Norway.
